“Think the Unthinkable,” was the theme of the inaugural TEDxStanleyPark conference – an audacious invitation to be inspired by Vancouver’s third TEDx franchise.
Communicating the expertise, personality and passion of the conference speakers was the priority. TEDx talks are not terribly long so it was important not to give away the whole talk while featuring each speaker.
Teaming up with journalist Mychylo Pristupa, we integrated an on-camera interview process into a speaker’s preparation workshop.
The process benefit each speaker with on-camera guidance and practice. Their answers also quickly provided the distillation of their talks we were looking for. The result was a strong video series of speaker profiles to pique interest in the nascent conference.
